Ball Head Highlights Basic 36

The DÖRR Highlights Basic 36 is a modern aluminium ball head for ambitious hobby photographers. The ball head is characterized by its precise construction and the use of high-quality materials. The tripod head is suitable for all SLR and system cameras - even with slightly larger telephoto lenses.

The friction of the 36 mm ball can be adjusted as required with a quick release lever. A notch on the side of the ball head allows you to quickly pan your camera from landscape to portrait mode. Two integrated bubble levels help you to align your camera precisely.

The Basic 36 ball head is equipped with a panorama function which allows the camera to be rotated by up to 360°. The scale enables shots with even steps - an important prerequisite for stitched panorama shots. A separate locking screw prevents accidental turning of the camera.

The Arca-Swiss compatible quick-release plate allows the connection of all cameras with a 1/4" tripod thread. The removable plate has non-slip rubber pads on the upper side. These prevent scratches on the bottom of the camera and the camera stays in place. Additional safety pins prevent the camera from slipping out if the locking screw of the quick release is accidentally loosened. In order to mount onto a tripod, the ball head is fitted with a 3/8" thread.

In the supplied pouch the ball head can be kept safely and protected from dust.
