Especially with large magnifications and heavy binoculars, it is recommended to use binoculars with a tripod. This way you prevent blurred vision and during longer observations fatigue of your arms.
No matter if porro or roof prism binoculars - with our DÖRR binoculars tripod adapter TA-2 made of metal, all binoculars with a ¼“ tripod thread can be easily mounted on a tripod.
On most binoculars, the ¼“ tripod thread is located below the central wheel and is covered with a screw cap. Unscrew this cap. In combination with our binocular tripod adapter, your binoculars can now be mounted to the tripod safely (suitable tripods are optionally available from DÖRR).
