The signal orange rubber coating has a good grip and it is very conspicuous at the same time – safety first while hunting and better to find during twilight.
The fully-multi-coated lenses deliver a brilliant and true colour image. The high-quality BAK-4 prisms ensure a high light transmission - even at low visibility or during twilight the vision stays clear and bright. Thanks to the nitrogen gas filling the binoculars stay fogging-free and waterproof up to 1 metre for a short time.
The twist-up eyecups make the Signal XP binoculars also suitable for eyeglass wearers. Fast and silent focusing with centre focus wheel. For longer observations, unscrew the screw cap below the centre wheel and mount the binoculars onto a tripod. For this we recommend our DÖRR metal binoculars-tripod adapter (Item No. 550004, optional).
Supplied with bag, carrying strap, eyepiece and lens caps as well as cleaning cloth.

These are really Top Quality Binoculars, Just get them Purchased.
I purchased a set of Dorr Roof Prism Binoculars SIGNAL XP 8x42 orange over 2 Years ago & really liked the body Orange Colour in which if miss-placed them they would be easily found. I have used them for the pass 2 years before this review and the results are amazing, the lenses have a top quality Green Tint and Very Sharp at Focusing on Subjects in my instance I like them for Aircraft Spotting, I have a few sets of the Older Zeiss Jena Series from 1980-1996 & even a final Zeiss Jenna 10X50 set which are almost like new & time after time I keep reaching for the Dorr Signal 8x42 Binoculars, Focusing on Aircraft is like they have a 3D effect on Viewing, Even my son who really is in to Aviation and have tried them out is amazed by the quality of them, I would 100% recommend them to anyone and even if you have a £1,000 budget, you will not get any better viewing that these set of 8x42's they really are 10/10.
